Ac help

Hello! My 2000 gs300 ac is not working, I checked Freon levels and it’s still in the good range, I checked the compressor motor and it looks like the clutch is engaging when the ac is on but still blowing hot, I have a spare ac compressor but if it’s something else I should look at I don’t wanna spend an afternoon I don’t need to yk. Thank you🫶

If compressor is kicking on and pressures are correct then you will be wasting time replacing the compressor. Sounds like your blend door motor is gone and it’s not changing from heat to cool

I will say one thing, when feeling both lines the high pressure side does get hot and the low side just says room temp so it’s not getting cold at all

If the blend door is directing air across the heater core and not the evaporator it’s not going to pull the heat out and will affect how the lines feel.
