Is community serious about thinking Jason is a submissive and/or cuck?
YouTube is flooded with these "Jason being cuck" takes. I watched 4-5 of them and i still don't see any hyper feminist empowered woman dominating her boyfriend who is a massive submissive cuck like everybody potrays.
Seriously just because Lucia bought Jason his clothes community tagged Jason as a cuck???
What am I missing? Is this just a meme I missed?
If not, what the hells going on with y'alls minds...
Look maybe Jason will indeed be a cuck, It wouldn't be something unexpected from GTA series which is an American parody.
But I see nothing from the trailer to make these assumptions. Videos zooming to Jason's eyes every time Lucia says something, desperate to make him look nerveous or something with all those cheesy edits doesn't make the statement right.

Look OP if u want a more in depth answer I can kinda give u 1 about where that general sentiment comes from, but overall no. The vast majority of the community does not think Jason is a cuck.
From what I can tell, Jason is a guy who is happy living in the keys collecting rent for Brian and Lucia ends up roping him into shit. So she is the 1 driving the narrative forward because she is the 1 with ambition while Jason just wants to go back to fixing some leaks. That is the overall tone. That does not make him weak, or a cuck.
The last bit I’ll say is in GTA4 we had an actual cuck in Johnny. Like a literal cuck, like he was brutally cucked by everyone. In fact in GTAV he gets cucked right before he dies. In GTAV Michael has an open relationship with Amanda. Franklin spends the entire game begging that girl not to fuck the brain surgeon, and Trevor might feel crazy, but he begins instantly simping the moment he meets a strong woman like Molly. In Red dead, Arthur who is universally loved also has the option to be strung along by that woman whose name I can’t remember atm. It’s literally Arthur from RDR2 and From the hd verse the majority of MCs have been simps-cucks to varying degrees with the exception of Niko and Luis who never simped.
So having Jason kind of placating Lucia is not truly out of the ordinary as a protagonist in a rockstar game. Everyone knows this, the haters r either stupid or a psyop

Perhaps i shouldnt have said "community". My post is against those youtube commentaries, which may not represent a big portion of the actual community.
But okay, i get your point. People thinking the guy is a cuck just because he is chill while the lady is a bit more chaotic is just crazy.
How would these guys even date with a girl in real life, without constantly feeling being cucked...
And this is just the narrative of trailer, we dont even know if thats gonna be the dynamic throughout the whole game.

People saw 26 minutes of a 100 hours game and already have determined that Jason is boring and have bland personality and submissive to Lucia based on two lines of dialogue.Â
Also they have determined this game is made by toxic feminist womenÂ

Theres extremes on both sides of the spectrum. You have incels that want jason to be mysoginistic and control lucia. You have the other side thats going to be hyper critical at any presumed sign of "toxic masculinity" when most level headed people dont care they just want a compelling story. Also side question how is lucia buying clothes for jason mean hes a cuck? wouldnt it be the other way around if you have a woman buying the guy clothes isnt that what incels want them to be doing? lol

When they go into the strip club, he already comes across as weak and submissive. Then, during the greeting, he looks shaky and barely seems able to stand properly on his feet. The guy he just greeted then hugs his girlfriend and lifts her up, while he just stands there watching, looking awkward and embarrassed with a nervous grin on his face.

Those youtubers are just sad men that think all men needs to be a sigma alpha male or whatever they call it, when in reality some people are just chill. They think a male protagonist needs to be always ahead and take the decision, when their couple mechanic doesn't work like that and is clear that Lucia has a saying on things too and this proves they respect and trust each other. Don't give them views and block their channel from being recommended to you.
