Ive been trying to figure out how to get the spiked cuffs onto the outfit im making its not a 1 to 1 of this but the I really just want the gun belt and the spikked cuffs along with the gold badge of the waist if anyone can tell me exactly what to do or help out thank you very much

So i’m currently in the middle of doing beff, Using stella crew gaming method for arcai router.

I’ve done the C2k for female, but finding it hard to get the whole glitch done as it’s now not letting me load into online on C2.
It keeps coming up with ( rockstar service is unavailable) and doesn’t let you go into online at all unless C1 is offline.

I don’t know if it’s a problem with arcai or basically the whole set up.
Any advice or videos that you could recommend would be great!

Hi, everyone here. I have a question for you all.

This photo shows my friend’s outfit, and as you can see, they are currently wearing a shirt and tie without a jacket, which is not possible now. The way my friend got it was impossible now, so they tried to get it through a transfer, but there was so little information that it even made me wonder if it was impossible. Is it really impossible to transfer a shirt and tie without a jacket, even with a transfer?
