packaged openmw modding and config tools

This is just for anyone who may use or want to use the openmw guix package. (Openmw is an open source re-implementation of the morrowind game engine).

I packaged the following modding/configuration utilities for guix: * umo * momw-configurator * tes3cmd * delta plugin * vfstool * openmw-validator * s3 light fixes * groundcoverify * 7zip with unrar support

See modding openmw for info on how these tools are used.

All the various packages are in a guix channel.

There is also an openmw package there built with sdl2-compat and wareya's pbr shaders.
