It really is my Goldilocks situation between Flip, Fold, and S Ultra phones. Traded in my Fold 6 for it and if it wasn't for the cameras on my S25U I wouldn't be using that as much either.

The interest will increase even more once Apple’s hits the market, too, since it’ll add further awareness and of course the iPhone will be much more expensive, enticing even more ZF8 purchases. Good for Samsung and very smart move dropping this a month before Apple’s. Should pay off nicely for them.

Coming from iPhone to android, leaving the apple subs and joining the galaxy subs, one thing that's really stuck out to me, is you guys literally mention apple even if apple isn't even mentioned. Its like you're trying to justify why Samsung is better to strangers that are already in a galaxy sub. Of course you'll get upvoted, but it's just so corny. We can enjoy galaxy (loving my fold 8) without trying to down play iphpne. If anything, apple coming out with this form factor is great for us. More developers will start optimizing their apps for this form factor

Next year will be VERY interesting when both Samsung and Apple go all out with their second generation of wide folds, and when others join in. Nobody can afford to be left behind on this. And judging by an absolutely record sales of Huawei's newest wide clanshell phone, we can expect a wide Galaxy S and iPhone as well

Oof. I am sorry :( I had mine preordered but canceled. Then decided a day before release I wanted it again. Preordered, and I got it next day. I also got a free galaxy watch for preordering too that I wouldn’t have gotten the first time! I lucked out for sure!!

I would get it but I need to wait and see how the durability does. I keep phones for at least 3 years. If there aren't a lot of issues after 6 months or something I may pick one up
