Help GC Loader Lite Not Working

I attempted to use a GC Loader Lite (yes i know it’s a replica, didn’t wanna spend $300 off ebay for an authentic one).

I followed the manual correctly, but when i go to power on the Gamecube, it just loads up a red banner error screen.

I feel like it’s not reading the top SD card and booting to Swiss.

Any help?

Arent the Lite ones just scams? Like, they can only boot swiss off an external SD card adapter like SD2GC or Sd2sp2.

You are correct. They didn’t crack the DRM so they can’t actually function as an ODE. Acts more like a xeno than a GCLoader.

As far as OPs problem goes. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I would recommend returning this and saving the extra $65 and just buying an actual GCLoader from the company. They are in stock right now. GCLoader not sure what the $300 is referring to, they are only $95

EDIT: I was wrong. It said in stock and then when you scroll down to add it actually says out of stock. My apologies. Do a picoloader OP. Or a picoboot if you can solder. There are other good options out there.

i guess it’s meant to boot off the sd card on the GC Loader, but it needs a SD card on the SD2SP2 to load the games

Correct and it basically defeats the entire purpose of what a gcloader is supposed to do.

no clue about gc loader lite. Have you considered cubeode on aliexpress? its cheap and works just as good as original gc loader. (I have both original gc loader and cubeode in two on my gamecubes)
