Well you dont actually have to be at worlds. There was (i think today would be the last day) a play pokemon event for Pokemon Worlds Celebration, which could be hosted at any play pokemon affiliated card store. Theres a winners version of this card though that will probably be expensive (I didnt get that one because I am terrible at the tcg)

Then we need an opposite, a celebration Gardevoir card with that same Pikachu on it.
