Help Identifying

Hello Everyone! I’m new to the community and didn’t know where else to post this but I came across this Ski-Cap on marketplace and I’m absolutely stuck on what country made this exact one and the years they were produced. I have studied WW2 History for a long time and equipment but this one has me stumped! Any help would be also greatly appreciated! The lady says her husband has been collecting for years so I’m leaning maybe a post war made ski cap for Austria? I included the inside as well since you can see the company inside. It appears to be made of HBT and has Post war buttons.

Austrian Bundesheer. Date stamp is hard to read, but material is late 60s or 70s. Wool/polyester blend twill, not hbt. They were worn with both the service uniforms and the old camo uniforms.
