Question SOS

I need some advice. I really want to get back to studying, but this time I want to do it in a more organized way.
I used to study a lot before, but I stopped studying for about four months. Now, every time I try to get back into studying, I get bored really quickly and start thinking about completely different things. Sometimes I even change my goal and convince myself that I should do something else instead.
I know I want to study, but I feel like I can’t stay focused on the same goal anymore.
Has anyone been through something similar? How did you get back into studying after taking a long break?

What are you studying, why are you studying it, is it worth studying, does it get you engaged, do you fantasize about what it would be like if you were a master of it, etc.

Ask yourself those types of questions first, then just sit down and do the work and practice focus. Set timers, goals etc.

In the end it won’t matter. You will either attempt to get better at studying and set goals for understanding the material, or you won’t.

If you can only study for 30 seconds at a time, take a break then come back and attempt to study 31 seconds. Rinse and repeat until your brain is healed from your brain rot activities and you start getting motivated intrinsically to study and imagining yourself like a wizard locked in his wizard room to study wizard spells to get better at wizard things.
