Error in E-Sim

Hi, I am having a very hard time installing my E-Sim on my Phone.

Context:

  1. I converted my old number to an e-sim
  2. I forgot to remove the sim on the other phone while it was installing,
  3. however, before the process started I turned my other phone on Airplane Mode

Now, my sim won’t properly register and I’ve been attempting for thr last 3 hours :( HELP!

Have you tried communicating with a Globe tech support via Messenger, Viber, 211 and landline 02-7-730-1000 Metro Manila?

Also trying to change to eSim but got a different problem. GlobeOne app keeps saying “Please enter a valid email address”. Any email I enter says that. 🙄

Already reinstalled the app, and same on both my old and new phone. 🤷

Not in a rush anyway. It can wait.

keep calm, OP. my globe prepaid took more than 24 hours to be activated after installing the esim profile via the globeone app. if its more than 24 hours on your end, reach out to globe csr via fb messenge and their other channels (see other comment).
