Discussion I'm so fed up with David Jaffe
I don't know what the fuck this guy even wants from the community. He's just constantly mad at everything lol. I recently saw a video of his where he was responding to a tweet that said "Cory Barlog is more of the creator of GOW". While I disagree with the tweet, the way he responds is so arrogant and narcissistic, and disregards the hard work of people like Cory Barlog and others who worked on the GOW games he was not involved in. He basically says how much better he is than Cory Barlog cz he created the GOW franchise and cory didn't create an original franchise, and he just sounds very salty about the success of the norse saga. I then saw another video of him complaining about Faye not looking as attractive as real life Deborah Ann Woll. Like he's just on some wierdo behavior
Like bro, we get it, you created GOW. People respect, or respected you for that. But your constant bitching and moaning about it and narcissistic personality is the reason people say shit like that tweet. Why can't you appreciate other people's work and acknowledge that the character of Kratos and the GOW franchise has moved past you and your original vision, instead of being mad about everything they do with it lol. You alone could never have created GOW without other people. Yes you may have had the original ideas, but they were nothing without all the people who took those ideas and made them into something tangible and great, so stop being so narcissistic about it

After beating Odin during Ragnarök; Atreus/Loki says the exact same thing Odin said to him.
Kind of funny how hypocritical that is of Odin. Really shows that he just says whatever to get what he wants.

Question GOW Sons of Sparta Deluxe Discount
Sons of Sparta Deluxe is at 25% discount right now. It’s $30 instead of usual $40. So it’s currently same price as regular edition. I care about deluxe in game items and it’s the lowest price since release. I want to play it before Laufey. What do you think? Is it worth it?

Discussion Do you think Cory Barlog will return as director for the next Kratos game?
He revealed that there will be a Kratos game after Laufey that ties into GOW Laufey in comic con. This makes me think that he may be the director of it since he personally announced it. I would love to see him direct another one, and possibly his last one

Discussion Ragnarok is such an amazing game but also sooo hard to replay
Cause you gotta sit through this bullshit for a huge chunk of time, picking up fruits and throwing rocks
Ironwood should have been a cutscene because the amount of time it lasts just completely ruins replayability
Glad Valhalla exists if you just wanna kill some monsters and move on
I doubt Santa Monica will do this again since they do seem to listen to critics, people hated fighting trolls over and over in 2018 and they made fun of it in Ragnarok by having a troll killed instantly in a quick cutscene

Question What is this called
My dad wants me to photoshop him into Kratos and my brother into atreus for a photo, and hes asked for a rune spinner thing on the tree. I've tried to search for it many times so I could add it in but found nothing. Anyone know what it's called? I've tried searching "rune spinner" and stuff like that but nothing came up. (I just need a clear Google picture)

Cosplay Leviathan Axe Build
Recently finished building the Leviathan Axe!
The axe is entirely 3D printed and was finished by me over the last 3 months. There were plenty of frustrations and valuable lessons learned along the way, but I’m glad this is finally complete. Now I’m waiting on some snow to go take some cool photos…
Happy to discuss or share progress pictures!
Credit to Yosh Studios for the models. I ended up remaking the gems for resin printing though.

Discussion Valkyrie design appreciation post
I know the Valkyries have left most of us with a trauma way back in 2018, but their design is too good to not talk about!!! Visibly dangerous, tall, imposing, and so insanely gorgeous! And weirdly, pretty damn hot too!
I don't know if this has been posted before, but no harm in singing praises to them again because they obviously deserve it
I don't really know if there's a more badass Valkyries representation out there

Discussion I like the first games story the most
I just feel it's the most complete. I'm not saying I dislike the other games I love all of them. Just curious what everyone thinks.
For reference I 1st played the 2018 god of war first in 2020 then slowly played all the older ones later. So the first one wasn't my first god of war.

Discussion I’d like to imagine king xerxes in the god of war universe really is a 7 foot tall, deep voice, piercings with makeup guy.
I don’t know what god empowered him to be able to look like that but if kratos can be powered by Ares, xerxes can be powered by something else.

Discussion GoW 2018 replays are going to hit different after Laufey
All of the times Atreus mentioned early in the game that he knew she was still "out there". How he heard her in the light of Alfheim, and how he lit a lantern, asking that her ancestors watch over her. I'm interested to see how these event will be in incorporated into the new game; if she'll have visions of all of these happenings or if these events will be included in some less tangible way. What are some instances that I missed? What are your theories in this regard?

Discussion God of War 3 question
At the beginning when Zeus knocks Kratos and Gaia off the mountain , why TF didn’t Kratos use the Icarus wings to just glide back onto the mountain? I love this game and it’s my favorite game of all time, but that part really bugs me.
