Question I am wondering who benefits best from the Class changing items in TLA?

So far I have the Mysterious Card, I am not sure to whom I should equip it.
I have looked up the stats for Pierrot and they are 100%HP, 80% PP, 100% ATK, 110% DEF, 130% AGI, and 120% DEF; all without Djinn.
