The mods I’ve downloaded are Menyoo, Rampage Trainer, Simple Trainer (Only did this to see if World of Variety was the cause since it requires it), World of Variety & World of Variety Plus, Open All Interiors, Chromatix (graphics mod), Las Ventuas Project, Forests of San Andreas, Travel To North Yankton, Packfile Adjuster, Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, fwBoxStreamerVariable, Real-Loud Car Radios, ZolikaPatch V, Gameplay Fixes V, Weapon Limits Adjuster, Ped Prop Limit Adjuster, Siren Setting Limit Adjuster,Mod Kit Limit Adjuster, Los Santos Red + the Rage Plugin Hook. I’ve uninstalled damn near most of these and it’s still happening. I’ve also done two fresh reinstalls and this still ends up happening. Everything was fine until I tried adding Los Santos Red but I uninstalled that hours ago. Occasionally this pops up too when I try to launch but not always so I assume they’re two separate issues. I’m also gonna add that my drivers etc are updated so that’s not an issue either.

I've been looking for a good gore mod but all the lists are very out dated, so what's you're favorite?

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have been seeing this alert for quite some time but I am unable to resolve it.
