Leased one of the last fully loaded GTs
I've been looking at Gravity since they went on the market. Test driven a few times and I loved the interior quality of the car (and the dream sound pro system). My summer daily is a taycan TTS and Cadillac vistiq for the winter/road trips. Ever since 3.6 came out with hands off driving modes, I've been seriously considering replacing the vistiq (it's fine, but the interior quality is rather sad)
I went to the studio in June and got assigned a sales associate. He found a dream edition for me initially in June, with 20k discount + referral + corporate 5k etc, the total discount was closer to 30k. I thought that was no brainer, placed the deposit + 4k transportation fees, and waited for delivery.
June past by and I got a call early July saying those stacked credits were gone. There's only 20k + 2500 corporate credit left. The 0% financing deal did not apply in Washington because they hadn't obtained direct sale licenses. I thought the process was rather odd, after all I paid everything they asked me to pay and it was lucid that couldn't transport the car fast enough. I told the sales to cancel the order. Apparently immediately after I cancelled, the car was sold to someone else. Luckily guy got the last dream edition in the inventory.
Time went by and I've watched the 2026 inventory drain fast. Most of you saw that by late July there were only 1-2 MY26 GT that's fully loaded. August deals got a bit better - you no longer had to pay 4k transportation (1.5k for in stock) and the lease rates are very aggressive. So I set up an inventory watcher with my OpenClaw and ask it to alert me if there's any fully loaded MY26s being released. A couple weeks later it found one with every box ticked AND the 20/21 wheels, at 400 miles of range this actually is better for my road tripping needs than the dream edition. I called the sales and went through the process of ordering one again.
The same thing happened - we are getting closer to the end of the month and I was afraid the deals would disappear again. Luckily the sales person called last week and told me to prepare for delivery on August 31st - cutting it really close! I said to myself that I'll only believe it when I'm sitting in it.
Well, I'm sitting in it right now. Guess that worked out in the end. The final lease deal came out to $1554 36mo/10k with 0 down after tax. There is no transportation fee so 4k invisible savings. The car came with two key cards, two key fobs, two charging adapters so that's nice (I read somewhere that you only get one key fob).
Overall this is definitely very different than any other car buying experiences I've had. You had to put in a lot more effort and the sales guy is pretty much just coordinator for the process. The car is a great piece of engineering marvel, but the purchasing experience definitely isn't on par with 120k MSRP. Lucid probably has to figure out how to do consumer business the classic way to be able to move inventory en mass.
BTW: one annoying thing I found only after owning the car: if you turn Regen off then even the brake pedal doesn't regen. Why? This seems like lucid didn't want to bother with blending two modes of braking and just put a "by design" bandaid on this. Taycan for example will default to coast and blend Ebrake with physical brake perfectly. Gravity will coast fine but you had to use physical disc brakes. That seems lazy implementation for an EV.

Lucid Gravity September Deals Summary - Unchanged for 2026/2027
2026:

2027:

As you can see, the deals seem to be unchanged from August. Hopefully this will give plenty of people a breath of relief, as lots of cars got delayed in transit this past week.
I also wanted to dispell the weird rumors going around the other day that 2027s would start to be heavily discounted for September, that will not be the case for quite some time. If you want a Gravity, the best time is now!
Anyway, I was kinda hoping for an extra discount since my delivery crossed into September, but im still excited to be picking up my green GGT on Sat.
Happy driving yall!

Seeing more Gravity on the roads
I’m starting to see more Gravities on the roads now. Majority with temp Arizona paper plates. I get all excited.
This reminds of 2021 when I purchased my Model Y. I hardly saw any Model Y on the road. I also got excited when I saw another Model Y. But now it’s so common. Stop at an intersection, and there would be 4-5 of them all stopped at the light or traveling in the other direction. School carpool drop off/pick up, Model Ys everywhere.

First Road-Trip Suggestions
So... I am toying with the idea of starting my first long-ish roadtrip (4+ hours) as I would have done with my previous ICE vehicle. My Gravity GT is rated at 386 miles of range. I suppose real-life would be lesser, but still pretty good. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. The obvious choices for first roadtrip would probably be Yosemite or Lake Tahoe. I know both places have pretty decent charger networks, but I am crossing them out of the options because everyone goes there, and I've been there more times than I can count!
I was wondering if I could venture out somewhere else. Would Joshua Tree NP be a stretch too far? Would the Mammoth Lakes area be a better option? I'd like a place with great natural views and hiking, but still not too far from a Tesla or EA super-charger! Looking forward to suggestions from fellow owners.

Gravity Grand Touring Delivery just got delayed from Aug 31 to Sept.
Reposting here, but pretty much my GGT delivery was delayed a week due to weather transport delays. Bummer!
LiDAR - pleasant surprise?
Maybe chalk this up to me not doing deep enough research before making a decision, but I genuinely did not know Gravity has LiDAR until I after taking delivery and reading the Owners Manual more in depth. How did they decide to not talk about including it at all on their website/marketing materials?? Is the software for it not ready yet? (even in the configurator page where the (i) detailed information pop-out only glosses over it as "Future-capable ADAS hardware"

Is this a Gravity issue or Spotify issue?

Worked great for a few days and now if I select a song it just skips through several songs before it lands on one and plays or just doesn’t play at all.
It’s so frustrating!

New Owner Joined the Family!
There are some incredible deals out there. Got this loaded Gravity Touring ($106k msrp) for under $1k/month lease. Loving it so far. Not too thrilled that It doesn't have Homelink or a 2nd key fob and I wish it had a camera mirror, but other than that it's fantastic. I'm really impressed with it all around. Excited to join the family!

Questions/Advice Wanting to buy wheels
I am interested in locating and acquiring a set of the 20" Front / 21" Rear Voyager Onyx Grey wheels for the Gravity
Anyone know if you can purchase direct from Lucid?
I currently have the 22" Front / 23" Rear Aether Platinum wheels which are not rated for winter.
I need to hang on to those wheels so I can return when the lease ends.

New Owner Do you ride in standard or high or low height?
Surprised to find out that even without the dynamic package I have the ability to change drive heights! So my question is, is there any pros/cons of driving in high/low height instead of standard?
