Black moa question

Hey everyone.
Is there a way to charm black moa if I already completed the quest?
Did not know at the time it is the only way to get this pet for HoM.
Do I need a new char now?

If you’ve completed the quest you can charm one in Ferndale, southwest from Aspenwood Gate

The Black Moa is permanently available after you turn in the quest, you just need to go back to where you found it in Ferndale.

There’s some wardens or wallow in the area so you’ll want a party to take care of them. Flag them away afterward so they don’t blow the bird up
