GEAR Effects Loop - Amplitube

Hoping someone can give me some advise. What i am trying to accomplish is to use my laptop with amplitube as my pedal board with an amp. I understand the theory of bypassing the amp and cabinet in amplitube, where i am having the issues is the physical wiring and FX loop.

Hardware:

Laptop running amplitube

Guitar

focusrite scarlett 2i2

Orange 35 amp

MIDI pedalboard to control amplitube pedals.
