Give this man a 2 week gym split so he can get into better shape.

For 3 months in you're already building a solid base, but to lean out toward aesthetic without the bulk focus on compounds with isolation work, progressive overload, and a calorie deficit with high protein.

Here's a 2-week PPL split (repeat the pattern, swap variations in week 2 for recovery). Train 6 days, rest 1. Warm up properly and aim for 8-12 reps on most sets.

Week 1: Mon push (bench press, overhead press, lateral raises, tricep extensions), Tue pull (deadlifts or rows, pull-ups, face pulls, bicep curls), Wed legs (squats, lunges, calf raises, leg curls), Thu push (incline bench, dips, shoulder press, flyes), Fri pull (barbell rows, lat pulldowns, shrugs, hammer curls), Sat legs (Romanian deadlifts, leg press, extensions, hip thrusts), Sun rest.

Week 2: Same days but swap to dumbbell variations or cable work where possible. Add core 2-3x weekly. Track progress and sleep 7+ hours.
