Another prototype from @bodycheckjerseys on Insta. Prototype is dated to March of 2010, the season before the actual alternate jersey debuted.

The final version dropped the Rangers arch and front facing numbers and replaced it with a more traditional "New York" diagonal lettering on the front. The colours for the numbers would also be flipped, with red becoming the primary colour and the off-white being made the trim instead.

All other elements were retained in the final version.

And with very minimal damage. Think I may have made one hole up in the nameplate but white on white is very difficult to see.

Whether it be the price to get one being too high, or just general circumstances not working out, what’s a jersey that you’ve always wanted but haven’t been able to add to your collection?

For me, it’s the clover crest Toronto St. Pats jersey premium. As someone who only wears a 46, finding a blank in this fit at a reasonable price has been quite difficult. It seems like some jerseys are just outright scarce and that makes it difficult to add them to a collection.

I’m curious to hear what everyone’s holy grails and elusive jerseys have been…

Wanted to wait awhile to start uploading my collection on the app until they figured out some of the bugs. Its still pretty glitchy and I absolutely hate that I can't customize the order of my collection. The app hasn't been updated since February. Any chance the user experience gets better or are we stuck with what we got? Wanted to check with you all before I start uploading about 100 jerseys.

So excited to have these on-ice beauties added to the collection. Naslund played 16 regular season / playoff games in 95-96 wearing 22 before switching to 19 for the next 11 seasons, 7 as captain.

He was the player who hooked me and countless other millennials onto this cursed Canucks franchise 25+ years ago - just the coolest player on the ice with a crazy wrist shot despite using a wooden stick.

Side note: Ultrafil is easily the best of the on-ice-level materials, nothing else feels as luxurious. And CCM Big Block is my favourite fitting-wise.
