Simple Wired Backhaul AP Setup for best Coverage?

I have a 3000 sq/ft house with some basic AP's that were provided by my ISP. They frequently have poor and dropped coverage around the perimeter which is a problem as the house has almost no cell-phone coverage (so all our calls are Wi-Fi based)

I have Cat5e cabling to 3 different points in the house. I am looking for a solid recommendation on a (simple) AP system that works cohesively and provides great coverage. 2.5gb+ ports would be necessary. I'd like whatever system to be very simple as I am terrible at networking stuff.

I was looking at the Deco X50, which I thought was what I wanted, but I found a bunch of posts on here saying it's trash.

I have a deco system in a mesh and it works great. I have over 4000 sqf with multiple floors

A few I have wired and the rest backhaul to each other over 6ghz wifi.

Its as simple as plugging one into the wall in a low coverage area and it does the rest

Thank you but I'm looking for something much more simple - like just plug in these AP's in the cat5 that's already run to the modem and be done, if you had any suggestions? I also don't need POE as there is power at each spot where I am installing these.

I have asus aimesh solution, works good for the low price even if it is not that easy to find 2.5gb capable router in the range
