Is there anything I did wrong?
I tried to set up port forwarding for my minecraft server but it doesn't seem to work I tried many things to fix it (i did allow all Java and minecraft files in the widows defender firewall and even addwd Java and javaw manually yet it still doesn't seem to work)
update most probably its the issue with NAT i just checked

Manually allow 25565 through the firewall with 'windows defender firewall with advanced security'
Also, check your public IP, if it is something like 100.x.y.z or (in cases of BAD ISPs, 10.x.y.z) you are behind CGNAT. If you check your IP using Google, and compare it to what your router things your static IP is, and they don't match, then you are definitely behind NAT (CGNAT or sometimes apartment blocks and MDUs do their own NAT)

Worst case scenario i have had same problem when working on my amp server for games, i installed tailscale on the server and had my freinds install it and join the tailnet. Which made port forwarding not needed

Yep this is the answer. If you’re just hosting it to play online with your friends don’t open ports on your router. Just use tailscale.

Two things. First, 1_TR069_VOIP_IN is not your internet WAN, it's a VoIP/TR-069 management interface. Pick the right one. Second, make sure you're not behind CGNAT or none of this matters.

You can use some Tailscale or tunnels with Ngrok/Playit (if they still exist).

I am not familiar with that interface but the enable box says enable, shouldn’t it say disable if it’s enabled?
Edit: I think other comment on the interface is on to something

Nah. I don’t know what interface this is either but based on how other boxes to the left all display what’s actively configured, I’d say that also displays the current “Enable” state.

It could be that you’re behind an ISP owned NAT and in that case you opening port won’t do anything
I’d contact your ISP and see if they can do something from their end
