Scandinavian Mountain Tiny Home

Been working on a Scandinavian-style tiny home right outside Pigeon Forge looking towards Gatlinburg. Making sure we keep as many trees as possible. Also building a hiking trial off to the side that will lead to a lookout point.

For those inclined it is a 1 bed, 1 bath 550 sq ft. Well was about a 1000 feet and we have to have a storage tank on site.

Ooh that looks so gorgeous. I love the clean lines and simplicity.

Do you mind sharing the floor plan?

Any plans to put solar panels on the roof?

We don't own the floor plan so I can't but we have already built the same version of this one before. No plans for solar but we are adding an EV charger.

The whole back wall is a window with a hot tub on the back.

Elevate for the view and not clear cut part of the mountain.

Okay but where are all of the windows ??

I would have a Bay Window across the entire side to see the panoramic view.

I have viewed many of the Forest Park Service lookout towers and many are amazing homes with some of the best views anywhere. There were some really smart people that bought some and made homes out of them, Not they are worth Millions for the scenery and location.

I have 0.25 acre of property about 5 miles south of the Catskills north of Kerhonkson and am considering a lookout tower on the location to do exactly what your height concept is by using the architecture of the Fire Look out towers of the Pacific Northwest. I would need to get about 70 feet to get over the treeline on the property and so the top floor living area would probably have to be that and another 15 feet for the structure totaling close to 90 feet tall. I think that 4 flight of 20 foot stairs would have to constructed to do this.
