Hello! Recently got a vevor hotdog roller, and I’m rolling Tornados and Roller Bites (think gas station thingies). Things online say I should place the food frozen into a roller preheated to 375. The problem, however, is when I do that, parts of the shells stick to the roller. Any ideas on how to prevent that? And then, when it does happen, how to clean it? They stick pretty good and are hard to clean after.

Been selling dogs at a night club, only used this roller about 16 times… noticed a puddle of grease last week but thought maybe I spilled something. Discovered this week that grease is seeping out of the bottom during the week…
