I live in Humble and I'm trying to get rid of some stuff before moving. I see people do garage sales but I don't have a garage. I would do one of those sales where you let people come into the house and buy stuff but my apartment complex would lose their shit! I know it's probably far fetched these days to hope for 😅 Does anyone know where I can find an apartment for about $900? I live in a decent place that was originally $850 but now that new management has taken over it keeps going up and the fees are a lot! They won't even fix anything and there's been no added value, but they're now asking for about $1400 in the course of less than 2 years. - 70 lb Darth Vader Kettlebell: $400 (Brand: Onnit. Rare, discontinued Onnit Vader kettlebell. Go look what people buy and sell this for on ebay. It's nuts. This one is in good condition. I bought it directly from Onnit and never used it for weightlifting, it sat on a shelf.)

- 20 kg Olympic Weightlifting Bar: $150 ($300 when new. Brand: GetRxd Stealth. Great condition. Used probably less than 10 times. Sat unused in gym for a few years. Awesome bar.)

- Sled: $80 ($300 when new (but they dont make this model anymore). Brand: Get Rxd. Awesome sled but is old, lived outside for years, has some rust on top and on bottom. That's why it's so cheap but this thing is sturdy and has a lot more life in it. The handles were always stored inside. One handle is missing the cap on top.)

- 2 x 25 kg Rogue Competition Plates: $150 for pair ($414 per pair when new, Brand: Rogue. Great plates but also lived outside and look it. There is rust on the metal (see pictures, I got most of it off and actually think you can get the rest off with some effort). But totally usable and, most importantly, they weigh 25 kg.)

- 2 x 25 kg GetRxd Plates: $50 for pair (I dont know how much when new, not as much as the Rogue plates but around that. These didn't survive being outside as well. The metal is very rusted. Good for outdoor use and they weigh 25 kg but they are super cheap for a reason).

- 12 lb Weight Vest (never opened, never used) + Valeo 10lb Ankle Weights (never used) + clips: free. Buy any of the other things and pick one (weight vest, ankle weights, metal clips, black clips or red clips). First come first serve on the free stuff.

I'm a native French speaker (born there) that moved to the US to study Electrical Engineering, with a Bachelors + Masters degrees in that field.

I have tutored anywhere from 3rd grade Math to Calculus 1 for 10 years but here are the subjects I have narrowed my focus on:

• Math: Algebra 1&2, Pre-Algebra, Precalculus, Trigonometry, College Algebra, AP Calc AB.
• Foreign Languages: French
