My partner has barely seen Always Sunny, a few of "the best" eps here and there to give her context on references frequently made. We have so many things we're watching/have to watch that I'm trying to condense shows best I can. Usually, people ask, "What are the best eps?" but I think maybe to make this easier quantity wise & suss out lies. What are the worst episodes of Always Sunny? Like I know you shouldn't skip any episodes of a show you adore/worth the time, but if I had to streamline the show, keeping the best storylines/characters/refrences, in tact for a watchtbrough, what don't I need to watch? Appreciate any advice. [Again, besides "don't skip any"].

I like the new season so far, but I don’t know if I’m gaslighting myself but I feel like almost every scene draaags on for just a little too long.

For example in ”The gang gets tested” when frank breaks into the deans office with the exchange student. Then when they notice a camera recording, they just Danny like improv it for a solid minute or two. Not to say it’s not funny. But this seasons feels different structurally than usual, in my opinion

First episode was great. I knew the whole thing was that everyone is a terrible person, but wow, they all suck even more than I had expected! Definitely gonna be watching some more

I had an idea recently, basically just a general A plot, I'm not sure what we could do for a B plot but ideas generally would be awesome here!

But generally, I'd like to see an episode where Dennis ends up chemically castrating himself to suppress lust within himself, it could be because maybe he struggles to find success with women as he gets older, and thinks that if he suppresses the desire that maybe he could manipulate women into liking him by not being as creepy, or maybe his ego just gets out of whack, and he decides that sex is a base desire that is beneath him and that he should do it to unlock his full potential by removing that desire, maybe he ends up taking medication as part of a medical diagnosis for his mental health problems and this happens, I think there's a ton of ways you could set this up, but I'd love to see the writers of this show take him as a character and explore him without lust for an episode. Like maybe he becomes a very good person, and the episode ends with him regressing in a big way, or just some other funny interesting antics, maybe Mac also taking the same medications because of his devotion for Dennis and we see a smart Mac with his priorities shifted as a result? It could go so many different ways, but that's just one idea, I'd love to hear your guys' episode ideas and any thoughts you might have on my recommendation, thanks!

The gang's best keep on comin..

A few days ago the usual 'new season coming on September 1st' disappeared so a part of me knew it wasn't happening. I anxiously waited, refreshed the app, checked on my TV and nope no new season 18. I did think it was a bit weird for Netflix to release the season whilst it was still playing in the US as they've not released it weekly before as far as I can remember.

Basically fuck them for getting me excited for nothing.

Unless...is it just me?
