Dúvidas Certificate of completion

Hii everyone,
I applied for masters degree in IST, taguspark for 2026/2027 in March. When i applied I was on my final semester so I submitted transcript with 144/180 ECTS. I was enrolled in April so I thought after the completion they would ask me for my certificate of conclusion. But until now I have not received any email or anything. I don’t even see anything on fenix where I can submit my certificate of conclusion. I can already choose my course on fenix though..
So I was wondering what if I am missing something and if i miss the deadline, it affects my enrolment. This is my first time in tecnico and any Ulisboa faculty.

Has anyone ever had this same situation. Do I not need to submit anything or is it a most do thing?

Is you enrolment on the courses confirmed? Usually you have to deliver your certificate of conclusion in the faculty so they can confirm your enrolment. Idk if this is the case with foreign applications

I applied as a National Student. Do I need to go to Taguspark to submit it?

The enrollment period closes on the 4th of september (the period in which you have to send your Conclusion Certificate either by email or in person), but you can still contact what is called Área de Graduação (Undergraduate Area) via their email related to applications (candidaturas.ag@tecnico.ulisboa.pt) exposing your situation, because unless you have a digitaly verifiable Conclusion Certificate (with a digital signature), you have to go to their offices in the Alameda campus to delivere it.

If you do have a digitaly verifiable one, you can send to the email address above.

They are only open on business days, and will also only answer emails or phone calls on week days. I advise you contact them because I don't know what you should do in your situation, because I'm not on Taguspark, and maybe you have someone there who can help/facilitate this process.

In my opinion, it's almost always better to go there in person when they are open, and straighten out everything, rather than sending emails and await a couple of days for an answer. If you end up not sending your Conclusion Certificate, your "Student" status, that let's you enroll in courses and be consider in fact a student, will be revoked after a certain time.

If you can't go to any of the campi in person as soon as possible, contact the email above explaining that, and they will give you a declaration you have to sign saying that you promise to deliver it until the end of september. That declaration will "replace" you Conclusion Certificate until the end of september.

Please note that any of the information I gave you above might apply slightly different to students from Taguspark, as I also applied this year in a Master in Alameda, but feel free to reply with any questions you might have.
