Hey everyone. I'm currently in Bulgaria, where I have protection status (I left Ukraine). I work as a cook and have solid experience in the field — looking to keep growing in this line of work.

I'd like to move to Western Europe together with my girlfriend, and I'm currently considering the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Still weighing my options and would really appreciate input from anyone who's been through something similar.

One important thing: I'm looking to work (as a cook or in a related role), not to live off benefits. I want to build a career and work toward financial independence.

If anyone has experience with a similar move (especially with current protection status) or advice on which of these countries is easier to get legal status in and find work as a cook, I'd really appreciate it.
