Question Singing instead of healing??

Hi guys I've got a question, I've seen some doctor players do a singing animation instead of the normal healing animation, and I really wanna know how to get it and if I still can

It's due to an S accessory. It comes back to the store from time to time, you can get it with echoes or shards.

that's the s tier accessory called "glowing feather" that comes alongside the "firefly" skin! they're non limited shop items so they come back around from time to time :) they did rerun not long ago (like a few months ago during the cn server anniversary?) so it might take a bit for them to show up again, but they have been brought back several times so you'll definitely get a chance to snag them! all it takes is patience (and perhaps saving frags if you don't plan on spending echoes to get it lol)
