This is not a normal path, it is Path Effect, Pattern Along Path (1).
You can select that object then in menu Path -> Path Effects... (2).
Then you can get the original Path by 3. But not the Pattern.

If you need this Object as editable Path, select it then in menu Path -> Object to Path. And you get a bunch lines combined in one Path.
