I recently visited Innsbruck from Japan while on my honeymoon and I had a fantastic time. However, I lost my keys at the hotel. I know this because I have a tracker on them and it shows that they are still there. I tried reaching out to the staff but they didn't seem to care at all. It's incredibly frustrating especially since I'm fairly certain where they are, and I gave a link to access the tracker. I mainly just wanted to rant but if anyone has any advice, please share!

Hi! Ich bin 36, weiblich, und suche eine englischsprachige Person für ein Sprachtandem in Innsbruck – ungefähr eine Stunde pro Woche.
Ich möchte mein gesprochenes Englisch verbessern und biete im Gegenzug gerne Deutsch an. Wir könnten die Zeit zum Beispiel aufteilen: eine halbe Stunde Englisch, eine halbe Stunde Deutsch.
Nur damit es keine Missverständnisse gibt: Gesucht wird ein reines Sprachtandem, kein romantisches Tandem. 😉

ich habe ein kleines Problem mit meiner LAP, die in Innsbruck am WIFI stattfindet. Ich habe meine Berufsschule woanders absolviert und wurde dort auch ganz anders von der Prüfungsordnung informiert, leider muss ich aber die LAP in Innsbruck machen. Die zuständige Person an der WKO ist 'extrem kompetent' und kann mir keine Fragen beantworten.

Hat jemand die hier gemacht und könnte mir weiter helfen? Ich möchte wissen wie die Prüfung da abläuft, hab z.b. gehört, dass man mit eigenem Komputer arbeiten muss.

Am 11. September nach Ladenschluss hosten wir einen Staffellauf quer durchs DEZ, sobald das Center leer ist. 2er-Teams, eine Frau und ein Mann, laufen im K.-o.-System gegeneinander, einmal von West nach Ost und wieder zurück. Check-in ab 20 Uhr, Finale gegen 22 Uhr.

Hey guys, I would ask this question resident permit, I am waiting 93 days for approval by immigration of Innsbruck but I am not sure I got approved or not, because of these embassy Austria in Georgia doesn’t answer me my email even call. I don’t know what is happening.

Hey everyone .. I’ve seen this picture before but I was wondering if it was near Innsbruck or not. Im going to Innsbruck in early January. I was wondering is it accessible by public transportation and is it difficult to reach there or not especially with winter conditions.

Also ich beginne jetzt dann Jus zu studieren und trage extrem gerne Anzüge,habe auch zu meinem Zivildienst(war in einem Museum, daher passend) auch jeden Tag einen Anzug ohne Krawatte getragen. Kann man so zum studieren auch gehen in die Uni? Also nicht Full Anzug mit Krawatte oder Fliege aber halt Hose,Hemd und ein Sakko? Studiere Jus. Oder is das zu viel? Will ned überheblich wirken oder zu einer lachnummer werden aber trage so gern Anzüge und find es einfach schön und elegant. Was meint ihr?

I’m planning to study in Innsbruck and was wondering about part-time job opportunities for international students who don’t speak German (at least not yet).

I’m thinking about typical student jobs, for example working in a café, restaurant, hotel, hostel, or something similar. I speak English, but my German would probably be very limited when I first arrive.

How realistic is it to find this kind of part-time job in Innsbruck without German? Are there certain types of jobs or places that are more open to English-speaking students?
If you’re an international student in Innsbruck, I’d also love to hear about your experience — what kind of student job did you manage to find, how difficult was the job search, and how much German did you actually need?

Ich suche Gitarrenstunden für einen fortgeschrittenen Gitarrenspieler (männlich, 43 Jahre). In der Musikschule waren die Plätze voll und der Freund würde trozdem gerne ein paar Gitarrenstunden nehmen.

Kann jemand von euch ein gutes Tanzstudio in Innsbruck empfehlen, in dem man Stunden nehmen/Kurse machen kann? Idealerweise Richtung Hip Hop Choreography oder Contemporary, bin aber auch für andere Genres offen, wenn die Kurse Spaß machen.

I’m a Tunisian student applying for the Master’s in Software Engineering at the University of Innsbruck for the next intake.

My university does not provide me with a separate Diploma Supplement. However, I have:

• 3 official transcripts covering all 3 years of my Licence
• Bachelor's/Licence diploma
• IELTS Academic certificate (overall 7.0, no component below 6.0)
• CV and the other standard documents

My transcripts include the courses, grades, coefficients, ECTS/credits and credits obtained, but they do not include contact hours.

The University of Innsbruck's admission requirements mention both an Academic Transcript and a Diploma Supplement.

Has anyone, especially a non-EU/international student, applied to Innsbruck without a Diploma Supplement because their university does not issue one?

Were your transcripts + degree diploma accepted, or did Innsbruck ask you to provide an additional document?
