Only two more needed for 100 Messi goals for Miami. Insane performance tonight. Felt like we got the balance better with Casemiro at CB, and we also looked better in transition with his quality of passing out from the back. Montreal were abject but we took our chances very well. Funny to me that even on a day we score 7 we still just can't keep clean sheets. But hopefully this is the catalyst for a run of form to approach the play-offs. Some gorgeous goals tonight—Messi's 2nd and 4th, obviously, but also Shaw's strike was a beauty. Enjoyed that.

What a match! A joy to be in the stadium for this game. Lost in all the scoring was DSC’s performance. He did great saved some tough shots!!

Seriously, that was new manager bounce combined with lesser opposition. Sorely needed from a confidence standpoint; I don’t think much has appreciably changed but stopping the rot from that five-game stretch was critical so, mission accomplished.

We looked good last night but the opponent was horrible also. Personally I’m tired of hearing the announcers talk about the table. While I would rather have a good seeding for the post season, I’m more concerned with getting everyone off the injured list and match fit, with some competitive minutes. I believe, and I’m no pundit, that we can make a deep playoff run and possibly hoist the trophy. What a statement it would be to repeat!
