Sub Announcement Intuition Practice Reveals

Hello everyone!

I come to you with an exciting update to the sub! To help users posting the practice activities we have invited a bot/app to be a part of the community. Some of you may have seen it in action already.

This bot will now send a comment and a message to the user posting with the “practice activity” flair. The message asks you to share the reveal with the bot so it can then write it as a pinned comment under your post. Users can then include their answer in your comments and check the reveal.

I understand some users like the visuals of having the reveal as well, to do so you can share them at a later time by replying to the bots comment with the photo reveal.

This will hopefully help streamline posts and allow users to not have to go back to make or look for the reveals.

As a side note we also have a user post here who was kind enough to explain how to make the hidden comment aka spoiler effect on your own apart from the bot if you want to discuss the reveal in comments.

Let me know any comments questions or concerns!

Sub Announcement Important: Selfie posts not permitted

Hello everyone!!

Sorry for being very mia but things have gotten so busy. Anyways enough excuses here’s the main point of the post:

There have been an uptick on posts again about selfies and reading people based off of them or use your intuition to find their name.

These were never the intention of the sub and we will be removing all post, if necessary also banning users who post them. If anyone wants to support the mod team please report the photos and they will be easier to take down. As of now I have to scroll to find the old ones. (We also may be in the market for a new mod)

If you have any other suggestions comments or concerns please let me know! This sub is very important to me and I am trying to get back to making it what my ideal version of it was. I did get side tracked but thank you to everyone who has joined and has been participating by making posts pertaining to the subs intended purpose.

Edit: going through the queue of reports there’s so many sorry we weren’t here for Yall. I really cannot apologize enough.

Second edit: the modmail exposes so many weird users who have been added to the ban list, if you find more send over their usernames please they are not welcomed at all.

Question/Help Why does my intuition improve from time to time?

Hello! Im not sure if this is the right subreddit for this post but I'll give it a shot,if not, let me know, ty!

I've noticed for a while now that from time to time, my intuition suddenly becomes very sharp. Occasionally, random words or thoughts flash through my head for a second or two before vanishing. Sometimes they are about actions or about a person, and when they are about a person, I hear about or see them the next day.

Also, I've noticed that a couple of days before the blood moon (I think it's called?), my intuition suddenly started to nail EVERYTHING. Everything I wanted, I got. Any plan or movement in my life I wanted to make ended up fitting perfectly.

Normally this wouldn't occur. It's like a cycle: sometimes it doesn't really work, and then, suddenly, I can sense everything and it's perfect for a couple of weeks before 'resetting' to my usual luck.

Might there be a reason for it? Could it be the moon cycles or something?

I'm not really a religious person, nor do I practice/pray every day, though I'm open to it. Years ago, I used to "practice" Hellenic polytheism, if I can even call it practice since I didn't know how to pray lol, but I made offerings, shuffle my cards and stuff like that.

Oh, also I've had thoughts about it lately as well. Might it be related?

Thank you!

Question/Help Help locating my nose rings

I have lost my bag of nose rings and cannot find them. They’re in a small, black satchel. The nose rings are a combination of studs and hoops. All titanium. Varying shapes and gems. I don’t have a photo of the satchel unfortunately. Any help is appreciated!

Answer: 57!!! Tons of 7s were in the comments and a good handful of people got it! Pic in the comments.

**The little bit of writing visible at the bottom has nothing to do with the number. My kid wrote something on the paper.

Discussion The game I play with 3 elevators

The building has 3 elevators.

I like to get a choice before the doors open.

I like to have it as an Oracle commentary on where I am ;

Left center or right.

It's something that I have to do anyways so why not make it fun.

It's really like a game because of the illuminated button and sounds. It releases dopamine like a video game.

Have you a similar irl game ?

Practice Activity Which Greek god/goddess name did I write? See second pic.

Answer: Hestia!!! I thought of doing Greek gods because I watched the Odyssey recently, so I started with Athena in my head but I knew I didn’t want to use her because the movie just came out, so I glanced at Artemis because she’s my favorite and settled on Hestia eventually because I just felt drawn to her image.
A lot of people got this right. There were a ton of other H answers and, of course, Athena was popular. It was overwhelmingly goddesses that were answered, and that’s funny because I didn’t even consider any of the gods. Pic in the comments

Practice Activity What used to be in this space?

Story/hint: Something was here for a long time. It was important. Now it is gone and will not return.

Hint2: I work in this building. I did not work in this room, but had some interaction with those that did, since we are a small company. My profession involves a significant amount of writing. Some people made guesses along the lines of manufacturing... those people are in the right ballpark.

Someone guessed it! See a video of it here: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOjvnUnwIDw (It's a printing press! Some people guessed there was motor oil or paint involved and let me tell you, that ink stuck to everything it touched! You'd get it on your hands when handling fresh papers, even. We've had this machine since 1995 and it was disassembled a few months ago when we started outsourcing. The folks who worked back there worked really hard, and some described it as soul sucking... so those of you making guesses like prison or jail... idk, maybe it's that vibe you're picking up on. Good times too, though. To those of you who guessed it had to do with kids or schools, not really. However, there were occasionally field trips to see it. It was a good ol' machine and is missed.)

Answer: Gus!! He was awesome and I miss him.
And it simply impressive that it took all of 30 minutes and someone named him and another named the person in the photo. I saw that other people were picking up the G sound. Well done, and just proof that working on your intuitive senses works.
