Yes the community goal was reached. According to a post from the official YouTube channel the skin should start rolling out tomorrow.

There was a Facebook post on the official invincible vs page that said we did. No mention on when the skin would get sent out.

I literally got my first overkill of the challenge at 11:59 Sunday night, I really hope it counts. I had to work and couldn't start before then.
