Does it really take 31 days to get your pending funds, or do you usually get it sooner? Waiting on $50 to clear so I can pay my phone bill haha.

I think the whole "not tracking" thing must be a lie. They KNOW I downloaded the game, because it starts off as pending for 24 hours, then just disappears from my games and goes back to the list of available games. I've been trying to get Mystery Town, tried on 2 different devices (all ios), and I never can get past the Pending stage, even though I completed up to Level 15! Has anyone been able to successfully get this game to track? I love Merge games (at least when they are doable), and I really want to play this game! None of the other GPT sites have a comparable payout.

So, I requested to have funds send to me last week and was told it would take about 1-3 days. When I tried to log in, I get an error message and now my account is on hold and under review. Anybody have any experience in dealing with this issue? Any tips to get my account un-held and to get my funds?

A few things to keep in mind

So there have been multiple people on here warning people about sunshine island....I started November 9th early in the A.M. I didnt ever not get paid for every goal I hit until the last goal. I have had kashkick for years and have never cheated or had a VPN or anything but it seems like kashkick is going downhill like swagbucks did. I became a kashkick girl after swagbucks failed me n went downhill. Cuz they lied about stuff n stopped people from making decent money from alot of these games that were actually fun. That I still play to this day. So enter kashkick like 3 years ago I've loved them never had any issues in 2 years until a month or so ago when they told me the jigsawscapes game I did...( that I found on here) and I followed the rules of what the guy said to do and they said I cheated n made my account negative...

Which I have never n would never cheat on anything I love a challeng I love working hard and I love beating games because I BEAT THEM NOT A COMPUTER OR CHEATING!!

I am requesting a manual review and credit for my Sunshine Island Level 52 milestone, which I completed on August 27, 2026.

I began playing Sunshine Island through KashKick on November 9, 2025, and have been playing this offer legitimately for months. According to the offer in my account, reaching Level 52 is worth $200. I successfully completed and received credit for the previous milestones, including Levels 36, 40, and 45, but when I reached Level 52, the $200 reward did not track or credit to my account.

I have used KashKick for years and have always completed offers honestly. I have never used a VPN, location spoofing, cheats, bots, or any other method to manipulate an offer. I followed the offer requirements and played the game normally.

I am also attaching screenshots showing that other KashKick users have recently reported the same issue with Sunshine Island, specifically with the higher/final milestones failing to track. These reports are from the KashKick community and appear to indicate that this is not an isolated issue.

There is another important point I would like reviewed as well. My account currently has a -$50 balance because KashKick reversed a $50 Jigsaw Escape reward and alleged that I had defrauded the offer. I disputed this because I did not cheat or defraud KashKick, but the case was closed without my dispute being meaningfully addressed.

I initially chose not to continue fighting that $50 reversal because I did not want to jeopardize my account while I was still completing Sunshine Island. However, I am now concerned because the exact offer I spent nearly a year completing has reached its final milestone and the $200 reward has not been credited.

I also recently started another offer, Knockout, and its milestones have been tracking normally and appearing in my KashKick account within minutes of completion. This demonstrates that my account is currently receiving offer tracking normally and that the Sunshine Island issue is specific to this offer/milestone rather than my account simply being unable to track games.

I am therefore asking that this be manually escalated and reviewed by the appropriate tracking/offer team, rather than automatically denied because the Level 52 event did not transmit correctly.

I have completed the Level 52 requirement and can provide additional screenshots or other reasonable proof of completion if necessary.

I am requesting:

Manual verification of my Sunshine Island Level 52 completion.

Credit of the $200 Level 52 reward.

A review and reversal of the $50 Jigsaw Escape chargeback, since I did not defraud or manipulate that offer.

Confirmation that my account will not be penalized or closed for reporting legitimate tracking issues.

I have been a long-time KashKick user and have completed offers honestly for years. I am not asking for credit for something I did not complete. I completed the advertised requirement, and I am asking to receive the reward that was offered for doing so.

Please do not close this request without addressing the evidence and providing an explanation of the determination.

Until I recieve a response on what they are gonna do i would not play sunshine island or jigsawscapes because they are not to be trusted anymore. If anybody could help me on what to do that would be extremely helpful because I've worked so hard and I take pride in that I did this all on my own n completed these offers on my own. But here are the other reviews about what happend on this game its not just me.

The last screenshot is the knockout game i started and it credited immediately yesterday and I finished Level 52 on sunshine island yesterday so there's no tracking issues.

Hi I cash out $400ish on Saturday morning but haven’t got anything yet.
Usually I can get my money into my PayPal the same day.
I am wondering if it is because weekend delays the payout.

Context: I am currently playing Township after not using KashKick in about a year.

Some time ago, I did a mass uninstall of unnecessary apps on my phone and accidentally uninstalled Township, which I quickly reinstalled after realizing. A few days ago, I reached out to support because my missions were not tracking. I then received a response saying that my current progress of cash was wiped because I was detected as a "non-first time player." I sent an email explaining the situation and that I have never played Township before on any device but got no response. This is incredibly frustrating as I am having a lot of fun with Township and have made a ton of progress, including making small purchases for turbo earnings.

Being here on KK the last couple months really has been awesome!
Yes- the pending times are longer than some other GPTs - but the AMAZING tracking and customer service here completelyyyy makes up for it.

Over the last 3 years I used pretty much EVERY GPT site out there - and so many of them don't track offers(especially FC) where I've lost hundreds of dollars from this - PLUS the time. Then other GPTs will let just ban for no reason. It sucked.

Now here as long as the install tracks - you're pretty much golden and I love it! Not having to worry about that makes it so much easier to invest $$ into offers.

Great game for a pretty easy 90 bucks! Highly suggest.

Its a fun game and honestly really easy to pace out. Just make sure you maintain your streak for the extra balls and you'll be fine to clear all levels. I went ahead without the ad free pack, but it probably would have shaved a few days off the total time if you wanna spend 10 bucks

Only issue is the $1.50 reward didnt track, but not a big deal with all the others tracking properly.

Hello I just need some help, my account was randomly deactivated. I contacted support because one of the offers wasn't tracking properly l, not long after they deactivated my account saying something about automated interaction? I'm not sure what they mean by this, I've been playing the game and made purchases as part of the offer and this has me really frustrated. Any kind of help would be appreciated. I was on the American Cancer Society website because I wanted to make a donation when I noticed they were promoting a way to earn money by playing games while also supporting the American Cancer Society. Basically, for every dollar you earn, money is also donated to them.

I figured the American Cancer Society is trustworthy and wouldn’t promote a scam, so I decided to participate and completed a game worth approximately $500.

My rewards were showing as pending, but today I checked the status and everything was suddenly gone.

I thought it might be a glitch, so I emailed the support link at the bottom of the page. I was told that I had violated the terms of service because I was supposedly outside of a supported country.

I AM IN THE UNITED STATES. I have never even been to another country.

I immediately emailed them back explaining this, and now no one will respond to me.

I contacted the American Cancer Society as well and explained everything that happened. They told me that the company behind the program was KashKick/Besitos and that only they could handle the issue.

So not only am I out approximately $500 in rewards after completing the game, but the American Cancer Society also doesn’t receive the corresponding charitable contribution.

I am genuinely shocked that something I discovered through the American Cancer Society turned into this. Denying someone’s rewards based on being outside the United States when they are actually in the United States is completely unacceptable.

I have the emails and documentation showing exactly what happened.

Please be extremely careful with KashKick/Besitos. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with a large reward. I completed what I was supposed to complete, my rewards disappeared, I was given a reason that simply isn’t true, and then my emails stopped receiving responses.

"The excuses they gave are unbelievable and absurd. I only completed game offers, specifically a bunch of casino offers that require purchases, where they're supposed to give you cashback. However, once I reached about fourteen hundred dollars, they locked my account for no good reason. It's best to stay away from this app; if you want to get a better deal without the risk of getting banned, I'd suggest moving to another platform.

Just started Meowdoku and noticed that I have less time to get to level 1500 than to get to level 1000 🤦

I chased out $31 Monday to Venmo and it’s been 5 days nothing has arrived. Two weeks ago I cashed out like $20 and had no issue I received funds in my Venmo within 2 days. I don’t understand what happened but I feel like this app might be a scam after all as I emailed for help and haven’t heard back.

We've noticed that some are still confused about the different milestones they can earn on a game. Here is a quick breakdown that should explain it!

Timeline Goals
Timeline goals reward you for reaching specific levels within a set number of days.
These goals are sequential, meaning you generally need to complete them in order.

Missed a deadline? Don’t give up! You can still work on the other goals and earn giveaway tickets by completing the goal before the overall game offer expires.

Turbo Goals
Turbo goals are extra earning opportunities for reaching certain milestones faster than the standard Timeline goals.

They typically:

• Have shorter time limits
• Require at least one qualifying in-app purchase normally one purchase worth $10.
• Are optional and do not need to be completed in order

Think of Turbo goals as an extra challenge for players who want to maximize their potential earnings.

Bonus Goals

Bonus goals are optional missions that can earn you additional Kash.
They aren't tied to your normal level progression and may involve things like:

• Completing a side quest
• Reaching a specific milestone
• Making a qualifying in-app purchase

One action can count toward multiple goals!
For example, a qualifying in-app purchase could potentially help you complete a Bonus goal, progress toward a Timeline goal, and satisfy the purchase requirement for a Turbo goal.
Just remember that most goals are time-sensitive, so always check the requirements and deadline shown in the game offer before getting started.
