No, the incident occurred at KAG Kiambaa (Eldoret).
This seems to be Ack St. John's Church, Kiambaa (Banana Hill, Kiambu County).

The infamous church was actually not rebuilt for over a decade, a few years ago I saw some news reports that they were going to be rebuilding it, but I haven't heard of any developments since then.

Done some digging and, yes, they did rebuild at some point between January 2021 and January 2024.
