Launch / Ascent [P] Launch issues
A few seconds after lunch, my rocket slowly falls off course and I’m not sure how to fix it
I have fins and my fairings are just enough to fit my payload but I still can’t get it stable
(Don’t mind me launching from runway I missclicked and I’m to lazy to fix it)

Well your artificial horizon says you are pointing straight DOWN, so id start with fixing that, if you are using a drone core flip it over. Or you could maybe work around it by telling sas to target retrograde?

Your ship is upside down so that’s why, you should see all blue on the navball at launch, seeing brown means you’re pointed to the ground.

My best guess from the pic is that it's not structurally stable, add some struts from the boosters to near the top, just below the fairing. Also I recommend adding at least a bottom bracing strut between each booster just to help lock them in place so they don't wobble around.
Also, I saw a lot of people mentioning the command pod being upside down due to the navball being blue, but I'm assuming there is a purpose for this. A way you can fix it without rebuilding the payload, you should be able to click something else above it or below it that is oriented correctly and on the same centre line as the thrust.
Right click any part that is centred and correctly oriented and select "control from here". It might be in a collapsible menu, but selecting it should change the navball to be correctly oriented. This is especially useful for doing things like the Lowne Lazy Method for docking as it sets directions to be displayed from that part.
Hopefully this helps out and best of luck with your launch!

Those engines should gimbal, are you trying to steer the rocket back to where you want it? Is it working? If so, do you have SAS enabled?
Also if you’re gonna be reverting a while, might as well switch back to the VAB, it’s one button, top left next to action groups and crew.

Turn on autostruts. Seriously, it's criminal that the option is so hard to get to (have to turn on advanced tweakables in the options menu first). Looking at the rocket, I'm going to guess it starts flopping around a little after launch. If you're lucky, you might be able to get it into orbit without, if you fight it the whole way and are good at that, but just turn on the autostruts and you'll probably be good. There are different options but any of them are probably good enough.

Does it happen with SAS enabled? Does it happen after a bit of fuel drains? Did you check your CoM and CoL in the VAB?There's really not enough information in the post to be able to help more without it.Just kidding, your root part is upside down. On the Navball, orange is radial in (towards the planet, down) blue is radial out (away from the planet, up).
