Question Tiramisu problem
Hey fellow chefs, hope you can help me out!
I'm planning to put a tiramisu on my dessert menu but im struggling to find a way to serve it in a fine looking way and to make it in invidual portion sized molds, and is there a way to freeze them and maintain the quality ?
Thanks!!

I did them in a rocks glass. I believe 12 ounce one. Fits one portion perfectly

I've had a similar issue. Still working out a better way but I have it deconstructed in the section and assembling to order. The issue i have with doing it this way is the lady fingers are still a bit crispy in the middle

Don't overthink it. It's a classic, simple dessert. Just put it in an appropriately sized dish for a single serving. You could put it in a glass but that's a bit '90s cruise ship buffet' now.
DO NOT freeze it. It will be horrible defrosted and it does not take long to prep.

I would put it into a small square glass.
