Need Help ASAP

I want to get this serviced but I’ve never seen this type of system before. I looked in the manual but this doesn’t show up. Can anyone guide me in the right direction even PDF for this would help out a lot as well

That overcharged cylinder isn't doing you any favors though, and I'd be curious to know if you have the appropriate fusible link.

You’re looking at the cylinder, look at the make and model of equipment it is protecting. Amerex only sells the cylinder and lets the cooking equipment manufacturer list it

For all of these self contained ones you can find the service information in a manual from the manufacturer by looking up the make and model number of the kitchen appliance assembly.

The manual should have a specific section you can jump to by searching for the keyword of the manufacturer of the brand of fire system equipment you find. I've only ever seen Ansul or Buckeye, but seeing this Amerex is cool.

Plus they don’t change or clean the filters as need be either so that makes it even worse
