First time Sweater request

Location: West Midlands United kingdom

Budget: £100+ but I will have to pay in instalments. I want folks paid enough for their time
Timeline: relaxed, tentatively for upcoming Christmas or January
Sizing: adult male(?) size. Probably size XL I don’t have precise measurements but can get them.

The pattern/sweater in question. I have a paper copy and it’s a vintage pattern. I will link to an archive that shows the completed sweater. It’s Thomas the tank engine themed.

Yarn: please must not be scratchy , recipient is autistic and very sensitive to itchy wool. Preferably ok for the occasional machine wash too. I’d like it in green as is shown in the picture.

Hi! I’ve just checked the pattern doesn’t specifically say XL and I assumed it would. It has measurements for chest, actual measurement, length and sleeve length . It says it can be made in 6 sizes
