Submitted personal ID...then...nothing??

It's been over 2 weeks and I submitted all the data they asked for and....zero.

Zero notifications or nothing

I can't add funds etc

Is there normal?

Best to quit and use another app?

Thanks for sharing your experience. Whenever you get back to the app, do you receive prompt that your documents require re-uploads or any else asked?

In addition, mind checking your e-mail inbox to see if our specialists have attempted to correct this with you?

If you've done both to no avail - feel free to give us a DM so we can arrange a ticket for your verification. Transactions may not be possible until your account is fully verified and while not "normal", may happen as each application is unique and are handled independently.

Same man submitted id docs over a week ago thru support email and have not heard nothing since it said would take between 2-48hrs for a response in the email smh kraken support is 🚮

Use another app. Don’t waste your time with Kraken and whatever you do, don’t let your funds get anywhere near that exchange.
