Today, my two sisters and I were travelling by car. My sister was driving.

At the Palaya Gandarvakottai Toll Plaza, we were waiting behind this MF’s car. Suddenly, his car started slowly rolling backwards. My sister honked to get his attention and make him stop. But his car very slightly hit our car and then stopped. Thankfully, there was no damage to either car.

I got out of the car to check if there was any damage. This MF also got out of his car and came towards me.

I asked him, “Horn adichathu kekalaya?” I wasn't being rude or aggressive, since there was no damage.

He replied, “Horn adicha enna!?"

I said, “Car pinnadi nikkuratha paaka matingala?”

He replied, “Car pinnadi ninna enna?”

The moment he said that, I realised he was completely drunk.

He also had a political party flag infront of his car, and he seemed to be associated with a political party. I didn't want to get into any unnecessary trouble, so I got back into our car and told my sister to go around his car and move to another toll lane. All of this happened just before we entered the toll.

But when we tried to go around him, this MF stood directly in front of our car and said:

“Car ah vittu erangu! Vandiya idichuttu poiruvaiya nee!”

My sister reversed the car, went around him, and entered another toll lane.

Our toll scanning took slightly longer than usual. During that time, he had already entered another toll lane, but we didn't realise it. We thought he was still on the other side of the toll because of how drunk he was acting.

Once our toll was cleared, we started driving. We had travelled only about 100 metres from the toll when this MF suddenly drove recklessly, honked at us, overtook us, blocked our car, and stopped directly in front of us. ( in the picture)

At that point, we couldn't do anything. Even if we tried to go around him, we were afraid he would do the same thing again. He had already come dangerously close to hitting our car, and we didn't want to take another chance.

So, we reversed and went back towards the toll. He followed us.

We tried turning back into the toll again before he could enter, but he noticed us and stopped his car on our path before the toll.

Luckily, there was another car in front of us when we entered the toll. He couldn't see us properly because of that car. We used that opportunity to turn around, take the local road, and go around the toll plaza to avoid him.

Finally, we managed to get away from this MF.

There was honestly nothing much we could do in that situation. He was clearly drunk, and on top of that, he appeared to have political connections. The way he spoke and behaved had a very clear sense of dominant.

started as a very minor incident with no damage to car turned into a completely unnecessary and frightening situation.

We eventually got away safely, but the incident completely spoiled our mood for the day.
