I’m not really sure I agree with the way you’re framing the question but yes I am okay with my team building the best roster it can with the players available to be on it.

I’m not sure how that is an LSU specific problem. There will always be people who want to play but aren’t good enough to do so.

Yeah because they're 18 and fresh out of high school. Some players need development, college football should be about developing talented students not just winning

There are plenty of other universities for them to develop and play at. The top of the food chain is always going to be like this. I’m not even sure what your point is. LSU has long since moved away from being a plucky underdog.

You see no problem with us essentially kicking a few players off the team the week of our first game to replace them with players that have been on NFL rosters? Seems like that wouldn’t be well received in the locker room.

As a fan, I control what I can control. Which is nothing with the locker room or the field. But to answer your question, no I don’t care if the 103rd, 104th and 105th best players lose a roster spot because the NCAA was too thickheaded to handle this situation correctly.

Of course, none of us can control anything. And agreed that the NCAA didn’t handle the situation as well as they could have, but think that’s also a pretty weak excuse. Nobody is forcing us to bring in players that were just on NFL rosters. It’s fine to admit the NCAA didn’t handle the situation perfectly and also admit that our football program and athletic department in general is operating in a nasty, nasty way. Nobody has to feel bad for the 103-105th best players not making the team (I’m going to guess some of his teammates wouldn’t agree with that statement), but kicking them off the week of game 1 and bringing in players from NFL rosters is loser shit, and it’s damaging to the LSU brand

The amount of idiots that are too dumb to read and/or understand that this goes way beyond LSU & Kiffin is wild, even some of our own fans can't comprehend this.

They have almost 200 athletes across multiple sports that have filed a total of 18 different lawsuits across 16 (i think) different states. But yet these idiots just blame Kiffin as if he's the only one actually suing anyone, when nor him or LSU are a part of any law suit....

Kiffin isn’t the bad guy at all. He’s playing within the rules of a shit system. It’s not his fault. Don’t like it? Fix the system. Otherwise, can’t blame people who take maximum advantage of it. I personally think it’s turned all of CFB into a shit show, but to blame Kiffin is insane

No we're not. Lane found a loophole. Texas Tech was trying to play a guy that was betting on his own team. That's a huge line in the sand. Finding a loophole/edge is what coaches are supposed to do.
