Extended by miracle! 11wo lab mix Fraiser A2091306 is on the EU list at BARC Shelter in Houston Tx for 8/21@1pm. Only 11lbs, he has a healed crooked fracture that doesn't seem to cause pain. He deserves stability, safety &tlc! Can be locally fostered, rescued, or adopted in/out of state &into Canada
