AI is moving fast. Sometimes it’s exciting. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming. 😅When you see all the new AI tools and changes coming into L&D, what’s your most common thought?

  1. I love it! Give me more!
  2. Do they even need me anymore?
  3. How am I supposed to keep up?
  4. Honestly… all of the above!

I think a lot of the tools are really exciting, but the technology is evolving so quickly that even what is cutting edge today will so quickly become obsolete tomorrow that it’s hard to confidentially adopt a new platform and scale it to the business.

Somewhere between 1 and 3 😄 The possibilities are great, but there's only so much time to keep testing new tools. What AI tool has made your L&D work easier?

I attended a dinner with eleven learning leaders...CLOs and VPs. All of them were spending disproportionate amounts of time "playing" with AI tools.

The power move is using one chat agent to manage the creative process. We're getting close.

One agent managing the process could simplify things massively. Have you actually seen this working in practice yet?
