Curious to hear everyone's feedback! My very initial thoughts... here's what I like:

• Steering wheel buttons compared to capacitive touch on 2nd gen with head-up display
• Ambient lighting
• Scent diffuser

And what I don't like:

• Replaced volume knob with volume scroller
• No temperature knobs (it's good they are physical buttons, but I simply set everything to auto in my 2nd gen and only ever adjust the temp knobs)
• Shifter
• Screen not angled towards driver
• Illuminated Lexus lettering in rear
• Double "L' in rear lighting
• Steering wheel with Lexus lettering

Kind of thought they would get the bigger battery as well from RAV4. Fast charging. This is going to be a winner.

2016 NX 200t. 56,000 miles. Noticed backup sensors are mo longer beeping when I’m parking. I live in the city and rely on the beep for tight spaces. Tried cleaning off the outside of sensors near rear bumper. No change. What say you?? 😊

I plugged in a code reader but it shows no codes. Is this a preprogrammed prompt for routine maintenance, and if so can anyone tell me how to clear it?

Edit: both flashers are on because I was pulled over waiting for a friend and it was dark out. Snapped the photo while they were on.

I have dark trim and the constant dust showing gets on my nerves. Has anyone ever tried some type of cleaner that repels dust? (Does such a thing exist?) How about something to keep fingerprints off the display screen? I’m typically not anal abt small things like dust and smudges but it’s so constant. I’ve changed the cabin filter but that hasn’t really helped.
Any ideas?

So, got a message while driving yesterday. One time pop up telling me there was an alert. Did not get anything meaningful from the alert on the console / message. Nothing in my app about this other than an active alert for maintenance.

Hi everyone!

I’m preparing my garage for a new Lexus NX 450h+ and had a question about charging.

I don’t use the car every day, and the garage isn’t at my house, so there may be times when I leave the car plugged in for several days at a time.

Is this generally fine for the car and the electrical system, assuming everything is installed correctly? Or would you recommend having the electrician install some kind of smart switch/timer so the charging socket can be remotely turned off/on or follow a schedule? Any other useful tips will be of course super helpful.

I’m planning to have a dedicated circuit installed, so I’d appreciate any advice from people who do something similar.

Recently, I have been surfing through the Lexus Japan website to check for updates on the rumored refreshed NX. To my disappointment, I saw a notice on the Japan site saying they have discontinued the NX 350 gasoline version.

I hope this won't be true for North America and the rest of the world since it's a great tragedy for all ICE fans like me

What do you guys think?

First thing I got, front windows tinted and an eyebrow put on.

The cargo mat is Velcro and I had wondered how it would do on the back of the seats but that Velcro will not move! The pieces aren’t labeled so it was a puzzle piece and a tad hard to adjust because the Velcro works so well.

You will have to take out the front floor mats because these lock into position as well. All of them fit perfect and I set mine outside overnight before installing to get any weird smell off.

Should I charge every night.. or run the full 41 miles of charge and then do it- which is every other day for me

I want to believe this is a spritz of my dashboard cleaner that got onto my clear plastic but I’m scared of scratching the plastic I’ve only tried a dab of water to get these spots off & no luck. Any suggestions?

Just bought a CPO nxh… and apparently the Lexus windows can be opened with the remote, but we need to request it to be programmed by the dealership? Like why the hell wouldn’t that just come preprogrammed lol.

Anyway to bypass the dealership?

Is it normal for a 2026 Lexus NX 350h to make a humming or buzzing sound? I drove it earlier today, and it’s been parked for about three hours. I just noticed a buzzing sound coming from the engine area while I was in the garage. Please tell me this is normal! 😩

How the hell do you leave the AC on for your dog if you have to run into a store or pick up food when you have your dog with you? I thought having an electric car it would be an easy thing to do, but the doors won't lock if I leave the car in ready mode with the AC on. Tesla has a pet mode for this, but Lexus doesn't.

I like taking my dog everywhere with me, but I'm not the type to take him into places without them being ok with it. I have a 450h+ and keep it charged so I can take advantage of the electric motor as much as possible. I searched online and saw something about a climate setting you can turn on so the AC doesn't shut off when you turn off the car, but mine doesn't have that.

I've tried using the Lexus app to start my car once I'm out of it but that app sucks and doesn't work for me often. That option also doesn't work if I have less than 30% of a charge as well so even though I may have enough for a 10-15 minute errand, it won't let me use it.

Leaving it unlocked is not something I will consider - even if they can't drive off with the car they could steal my dog.

It just seems weird that I can set my AC to turn on so it's running and cooled down by the time I get to it, but can't use this feature if I was driving the car and turn it off without figuring out a work around.

Quick overview of my experience purchasing this vehicle, should this be useful for anyone else.

29.8k miles, initially leased in December 2022, so a late-22 model. This is a lease return with a clean history, 1 owner and regular maintenance history. CPO inspection required replacement of all Tires and rotors.

Sticker was advertised at 34.6k before tax/fees. Negotiated to 33.6k, meeting at exactly 37k OTD. Sold in NY, Long Island area.

I found the price to be quite reasonable for a clean ‘22. I’m generally not fond of the first gens, but the only issue on this model was a backup camera recall, which was fixed during certification process.

The CPO 250 inventory is quite limited for anyone who wants the naturally aspirated drivetrain and drive long term/10 years minimum. Extended warranty (addl 3 years) negotiated to 3k, but ultimately skipped.

I recommend contacting dealers about upcoming lease returns if you’re not in a rush, and want something very specific like I did (under 40k OTD clean NX250 FWD with lower than average mileage).

I’m looking to purchase a lexus nx 350 at a ford dealership with a little over $51k miles on it and this was posted on the vehicle. Should I opt out or keep it?
