Influencer Recruiter attacks Vets and Candidates with Degrees/Certs

Post image

This recruiter is calling people, including vets who worked hard for degrees and certs clowns for adding it to their profile for SEO in a bad job market. Seriously...who goes after vets!? She is a yoga instructor, "content creator", and a recruiter for a small firm of less than 10 ppl. She does not hold any certs or degrees. Poor taste to go after vets and Sr. IT Professionals who worked for it when that is the audience you want to recruit. She has never worked for a big firm. That is a real WILD take. The CEO of her company came on and was having a pop at people who said things against her post. Another Good Good.

using a coworker's personal suffering to justify making candidates work outside their defined role. it is absolutely insane how people warrant such behavior as "growth"

worst part is that this guy didn't even help the coworker he mentioned, but still makes himself look like a good person. disgusting behavior

So I was on LinkedIn to remove a notification and I saw this posted on my feed about someone who was humble bragging that she made an appearance on this sub and now I’m curious about how this happened because I missed it my radar entirely.

Not sure what type of weird flex this is but I would have waited to be back home before having any sort of interview let alone posting this nonsense...
