Where to get hardware?

I want to create this post to ask where everyone is getting their parts to put together their rigs. The only place I’ve been sourcing from is FB MKT and Ebay.

I’ve noticed the algo on both platforms shows what it wants me to see and hides postings. For example I’m suppose to believe there are only 10 people selling 2TB SSD NVMe Samsung 990 pro w/ Heatsink on Ebay but as soon I buy one there are 40 more selling it for $100 less than what I pay for?

Anyways just throw your recommendations/tips on finding hardware down below!!

Ali Express. I wouldn't buy suspiciously cheap brand SSDs but PSUs, motherboards, CPUs RAM, GPUs, coolers, pumps, etc., have all been perfect so far. There's storewide sales every couple months where you can get 10-30% off on your whole cart. I had one item come without mounting screws once, got a $30 instant refund. Newegg can suck eggs.

Call me fancy but I like my hardware new with warranty. pcpartpicker for compatibility. then shop the deals. Newegg, amazon, best buy, Microcenter, hell, even staples. I also use the Honey app extension on chrome,etc to find deals on individual pieces across any other online retailers. FBMP also not a bad route to go... has some good deals and can generally lowball ppl as there's so many listings.

You’re paying full price for everything? Not even for open box, or secondhand at all?

I thought that it's only for clothes too, but there's all kinds of junk on it including PC parts. As with everywhere, there are plenty of bad deals on it with a few good ones

Other than my gpus I had the parts before everything went crazy. I really lucked out and bought 96gb ddr5 when it was cheap
