Logitech G Support Pro x headset dongle issues

First of all lovely headset and ive had it roughly 4 years, however I keep having this issue where the dongle weight eventually causes this to come loose. This is the second dongle ive had do this for this headset now. Anyone else had a similar issue? If so any advice would be appreciated since I'm well out of warranty, my options are ask support for another connector again, or potentially just buy a different headset, which id rather not do

I think your problem is gravity

Go to a local repair shop. Crack open the casing and just solder a random usb cable to it. It will be better and you can asjust the lenght as you wish. Or make it TypeC.

Like someone else said, gravity is the issue. I’d tuck the cable under the pc so it’s not as much pressure on the usb but you should probably get it taken for a repair and they can fix it. Side note we have the same pc case
