Tips 🧶 Questions
Hey! I’m trying to figure out how to make a clean, nice-looking edge on my beanies. I’m showing mine in the photos , the edge turns out rounded and a bit thick.
How do you make your edges flatter and neater? Any tips would be super appreciated! 🧶😊

It looks like your using all e/wraps. You need to use one row of e/wraps and a row of purls to keep your edges from curling. There are a few instruction videos on YouTube by loomahat and good knit kisses that explain.

One thing you can do to make a nice clean edge is turn it into a brim. There are videos that explain it better than I probably can, but it's a nice result.

I flip my caston back onto my pegs and knit both loops together that round.

Is that the rim? Mine look like that but when I’m done it seems to flatten out and once it’s in your head it really won’t show.
