The payment for the October box was deducted yesterday, but I didn't recieve any conformation email, and now I got this email. What does it mean? Anyone else got this email too?

Has anyone else not yet had payment taken this month for their Kitchen sub, or had any emails about it?

I have a Scrubee as Lush Club Reward to claim until 9th Sept, but I can’t add it to my basket. The app throws an error message that goes “something went wrong, reward cannot be claimed” however Scrubee is on stock if I’d like to purchase it.

Did any of you experience anything like this? Help me please, I don’t want to go my Scrubee to waste :(

I received an email about an issue with payment. I corrected it before the 24 hour period. I contacted Lush but they are taking a long time to get back to me. I want to make sure I get octobers box. Is anyone else having this problem?

And is anyone else not receive an email about September’s box? I haven’t heard anything about it being late or it shipping?

September 1st came and went and still no mention of Kitchen boxes for US customers. Such a disappointment.
It seems they can never get these products out in time. $87 per box as well, you'd think you'd get a more premium experience.

Calabria bath bomb - inspired by childhood memories of the co creator of enjoying sugar skulls.

Horchata body scrub - seems to be a similar formula to happy skin and includes ground bamboo skin and argan oil alongside cinnamon in the scrub and sprinkled on top

Postrecito Soap - inspired by the sweet treat that is gelatina and is focused around the themes of sharing a sweet treat with others. Had a sweet citrus scent to it.

Aliwnto del Colibri Shower Gel - inspired by when the co creators grandad died and they saw a hummingbird and how hummingbirds during Dia de los Muertos carry messages from the living to the dead and how when you see hummingbirds it's someone who you know who passed away. Notes of rose and berries

I love lush, mostly for the fragrances.

Never found a better bath bomb or bubble bar, love the jellies and massage bars and to top this all off Sleepy lotion is simply in a league of its own. On top of this there is always something new and exciting.

I have a selection of products and now rarely go a day without using something lush.

But I want so much of it, I could never use enough, or want to spend enough to get everything I think looks or smells amazing.

So. I end up basketing all the products on the app to try and scratch the itch without over buying. Is this the verge of an addiction?!

Yes overconsumption is an issue, and I think I'm avoiding that - but think this may be its own problem 😂😅🫣

Maybe I just need to go cold turkey on the app for a bit!

Just like the title states! I recently purchased stormy weather and I love it! So I spent about an hour at my local store today trying all the different scents I was interested in. These two were my top choices! Big is basically beach in a bottle! And million dollar… I don’t even know how to explain it other than it smells expensive. Anyone else loving these scents? Do you find they layer well with other things?

Lush better bring back All Good Things perfume soon. It’s my signature, moody Autumnal fragrance and I need it now! I’m going through a lot of change in my life and it is perfectly what I need for the moment. Used up the last of my bottle. I found an old solid of it from 2017, but let’s just say it doesn’t smell great. 🙃🫠😩

Does anyone know why all henna seems to be unavailable on the Lush website? I am already overdue a Rouge treatment but can't seem to even get hold of any on eBay or Vinted.
