Is this ok for polishing stainless steel frets?

Yeah but mask off the wood of the fretboard or the grain will be full of white stuff that you’ll never get out of

Thanks. I just want to give them a nice mirror shine, and was wondering if this would remove enough material to mess with the leveling of the frets

Now this stuff is for Final polishing as it says, in order to truly level frets, especially stainless steel ones, you would need something much more agressive. If you want to shine them up though
The, this should work just fine, just mask the fretboard as someone else memtioned.
